Mexico Surf Trip

Went to Mexico on a cruise and surfed in Mazatlan with Miguel Rodrigues who is 3x Mexican National Surf Champion. It was a treat even tho the waves sucked. But I cant complain I caught alot of waves.

Rented a Rob't August 8'4" stick. I was amazed they rented such a decent board.

Oh man Mazatlan is my favorite city in Mexico – and I’ve been to lots.

When we went, I didn’t see surf though. Where'd you surf? I know just north of the city proper is a popular beach spot but staying in Olas Altas I was expecting to see ... well, olas altas (big waves)!!
