Cheap board.. perhaps in too bad of a condition?

May 19 09, 4:51 pm

Ok, well I have decided to give or sell my spyder to my friend for cheap.
My other friend sold me his board for cheap :/ its like a board cycle. I bought it for $4o :/
Maybe a bad chocie on my part. But the white surface blinded me into buying it :)
Here are the problems with the board. its a 6'2'' 18 3/4 (thats also the other reason, i wanted to try a little bit wider of a board) I think it was an ok.. deal.. for the price of a traction pad..
it is also very light. noticibly lighter than my 5'11''

For 40 bucks, definitely a good deal. Although the ghetto hack fin job leaves much to be desired.

I would go out and buy a $10 ding repair kit and use it to praactice ding repair. The dent and nose won’t be too hard to fix. The FCS plugs might be a little tougher without the right tools.

may be there is another member who has ding work to do can bring you and well do a fix a ding day and hang out by the pool and work on boards ect.

we should have a "fix surfboard dings event"
overseen by what ever type of ding repairers and what not.. haha
should be a fun event, for the people with a lot of dings. haha
