Seal?? 5 Ft????

I was drooling at work staring at the Surfline report for Seal ... I mean, have you ever seen THIS for Seal before???

Oh ya.
Seal use to berak really good on the south side and during El neneo it was so killer hudge surf that broke the pier .
stand up wedge rights off the pier s. side or long rides from way outside then up into ray bay guss you call them the glory days...

Yeah.. they were wedgin up pretty crazy today.. it was crazy out there. If only they weren't such the walls.. if they had little better lines, it would have been the greatest. There was definitely size though..

about that is a normal "big" day at seal although it definitely does get bigger

Tri, I don't want you to think Seal is at all representative of the surf we get down here. Shoulder / head high is not that uncommon for the more "prime" surf spots. Trestles and HB come to mind. For Seal though, I've just never seen a report like that for as long as I can remember.

So the next question is why I go there so much? Not sure still trying to figure that one out.

Matbe seal is a comfert spot .
