That’s awesome – I learned surfing at Topanga. Have you tried Sunset (the point right behind Gladstones at PCH and Sunset)? That’s seems more like a longboard wave to me over Topanga. Welcome to Tribal Surf!

Hey my name is Abbas I am 18 and I have only been surfing for 3 months haha. I usually surf by Newport but I have also surfed down by Doheny beach. I ride a 7' 6" Frog House funboard and I love hanging out by the ocean. I live down in Anaheim but I enjoy making the trek out to the beach.

Welcome Abbas,
Your love for hanging out by the ocean, I think is the one common bond we all have here. With that your skill will come in time, just keep the stoke of being blessed to be in the water.

Welcome to Tribal Surf, Abbas and Jack!
Either of you are welcome to join us at Seal Beach which is really accomodating to beginners. Hope you guys have fun here! We still have to schedule an outing that was cancelled due to weather. You should try to make it out to that too.

Hello all,
My name is Lucas. I'm 23, male, recently discharged from the Marine Corps out of 29 Palms, Ca. Currently living in San Fernando valley. Took surfing lessons about a month ago and all went well so I bought a 7'6 funboard and have been trying to find my balance ever since.
I have all of June, July and most of August to waste in the water (until fall semester) so If any reasonable people out there in the area of Malibu down to Venice want to spend some time on the water you're more than welcome to tag along as I have yet to make any surf buds. I can seat three people and fit one extra board of any length in my double carrier and any boards 7' or less in a Thule cargo box next to it.

My name is Chris I design Men's and Women's tribal surf shark tooth necklaces.
Although I don't Surf, I admire many surfer's for their crazy boldness and love watching them, even
though I haven't done much of that as I am now a skin cancer survivor and have to stay out of the sun.
I didn't really know you guys were using the name "Tribal surf"...what a Very Cool coincidence that my thinking was on the right "wave"-length. My Necklace(may add bracelets and anklets in the future) line is actually called
"Kingdom Kritters ©2012" and I use the term "tribal surf or surfer" to describe the vibe or style I am trying to convey. If you like any of what you see please spread the word.
I currently have at least 9 women's and men's for sale and adding new ones every week or two.
Most ebayers charge more for a solitary shark tooth than I do for an entire necklace!
Here is a sample click on see all seller's item's to see them all. Peace out- Chris
